Skinny Love

It’s scary to fall in love,
As scary as drowning in the depth of the sea,
Seeing not the skies, nor everything above,
It’s scary because of its uncertainties.

As much as I wanted to know,
Or try my luck and just go,
Pull my trigger or admit the fall,
I just simply can’t, since we’re binded by laws.

I wonder when can I confess,
How this love has longed to be expressed,
When this malady can only be cure,
If this heart will be so sure.

I wonder if you feel the same,
Or if I’m the only one who feels the flame,
If I’m the only one burning seeing your face,
If I’m the only one adoring your name.

How am I suppose to know,
If in exchange, I’ll let things go?
